Welcome to my new appellate law blog. This blog will cover all aspects of appellate law and procedure. I don't expect that I will have a lot on substantive law here (that is, what the appellate courts actually decided), but instead this blog will focus more on appellate procedure and appellate courts, judges, and lawyers.
